Database with information from Ukrainian filmmakers’ will be published on our website www.kipa.pl in public domain and will be open to everybody. If you don’t agree to that – you can let us know by marking that in the form (although it may decrease chance in finding a job).   

*At the end of the form you will find an authorisation clause for the processing of personal data. Your confirmation (answer YES) is mandatory if you want to be included in our database. We need to collect permissions from all the Ukrainian filmmakers to process their personal data. This is requirement stemming from the GDPR regulation that is in force in EU.
