    Maciej Dydo

    A graduate of the faculties of law at the University of Warsaw, finance and banking at the Warsaw School of Economics and film studies at the Jagiellonian University. For 10 years he worked in the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as Director of the State Patronage Department, Deputy Director of Intellectual Property and Media and Head of the Copyright Department, where he led projects in the field of copyright, legislation, development of cultural and creative sectors (film, games video, new media, books, music and design), digitization of cultural heritage and dissemination of digital collections, financing cultural activities through financial programs, as well as the functioning of public cultural institutions in the field of film, culture and book animation. Experienced in conducting projects regarding libraries, archives and audiovisual policy. For over 5 years he was an employee of Polish Television, where he dealt with, among others, legal service of the broadcaster's VOD platform and services for the company's bodies. He teaches at the Warsaw Film School in the field of copyright, film and video games. Collaborator of the In Situ Foundation, where he runs projects regarding the Krzysztof Kieślowski Archives.

    Marzena Cieślik

    In film industry for 15 years. Before joining the KIPA team, she worked at Creative Europe Desk Poland, where she supported Polish audiovisual industry professionals in the process of applying for funding under the MEDIA sub-programme of the Creative Europe program. As part of her responsibilities, she conducted training, organized workshops, and conferences aimed at enhancing the competencies of Polish professionals. Previously, she was responsible for the international promotion of Polish films and the industry at the Polish Film Institute. Her tasks included collaborating with film festivals, co-organizing national stands at international film markets (such as EFM, Marché du Film), and industry networking events. She participated in many national and international industry training and events.

    Grażyna Szymańska

    In film industry since 2007. She cooparated with production companies Studio A., Dogoda Media, Prasa i Film among others, mainly responsible for grants’ application and final report to the Polish Film Institute, settlements with co-producers, finance administration, film development. The production manager of TV show „Kobieta Cafe” (2 seasons). For several years she was a program secretary of Polish Audiovisual Center Foundation where she was responsible for 2 projects dedicated to filmmakers „Individual Professionalization” and „Promoting Polish film abroad – individual program”.
